U.S. Trademark - 1 class 

Basic U.S Application for Trademark or Service Mark in 1 International class of goods or services - includes official filing fees for electronic filings and presumes up to 10 designated goods or services per International Class.* 

U.S. Trademark - 2 classes

Basic U.S Application for Trademark or Service Mark in TWO International classes of goods or services - includes official filing fees for electronic filings and presumes up to 10 designated goods or services per International Class.*

U.S. Trademark - 3 classes 

Basic U.S Application for Trade or Service Mark in THREE International classes of goods or services - includes official filing fees for electronic filings and presumes up to 10 designated goods or services per International Class.*
(including official government filing fees; Attorney review of your instructions and preparation of your required forms, drawing page and collation of specimens of use; all required copies and typical reply correspondence via email, regular application docketing and monitoring, periodic updates, and forwarding of the certificate of registration via postal mail.) 
 
* If the applicant wishes to allege more than 10  items of designated goods/services in any particular class, the following surcharges will apply:

Declaration of FIVE YEAR 
Section 8

Each registrant must file for renewal with the Trademark Office, including a Section 8 declaration, specimen(s) of continued use, and pay the required fee(s) between the fifth (5th) and sixth (6th) anniversaries of the registration. 
FAILURE TO FILE A SECTION 8 DECLARATION WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE REGISTRATION.

Declaration of TEN YEAR 
Section 8 & 9

Each registrant must file for renewal with the Trademark
Office, a Renewal Declaration of continued use, shown specimens of use of the goods/services and pay the required fee(s) between the ninth (9th) and tenth (10th) anniversaries of 
the registrations (and every ten-years thereafter). 
FAILURE TO FILE SUCH DECLARATION
WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE REGISTRATION.

Responding to USPTO Trademark Examiner Office Actions
